ICC Elgin is a community founded Masjid and focuses on preserving the Islamic heritage of the Muslim Ummah and educating our people, with a true understanding of Islam and its peaceful teachings. The Mosque offers a place for fellow Muslims to gather in the Elgin area and practice our religion of Islam.
